How It Works


Placing an order:

Ideally, we recommend a 48 hours’ notice for our boxes, especially for larger orders and for customized boxes.

*We are currently accepting 24 hours’ notice for the holidays and our special launch month.

Please contact us directly if you would like to place an order and do not fall within our ordering timeframe and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Please make sure you select a delivery date and time at the bottom of the cart page.

Cancellation policy:

We accept orders on a first-come, first-served basis and will let you know if/when the maximum capacities for the same date have been reached. Furthermore, the cancellation policies below will apply in these cases/situations:

  1. Your order will be fully refunded if cancelled prior to 2 days of your delivery date.
  2. You will be issued a credit note for a future order with us if your order is cancelled within 2 days of your delivery date.

Delivery details:

Please fill out the following details to complete your delivery successfully at the checkout page: 

  • Name
  • Telephone Number
  • Delivery Address 
  • Additional Delivery Information such as: buzzer code, apartment number etc...

Please ensure the recipient (or someone on the recipient's behalf) will be available to accept our delivery. In the event that no one is available to accept our delivery, we might be able to accommodate a delivery at a later time on the same day. However, please note that additional fees will apply if a new date is scheduled for the delivery since fresh products will be used.

If you need to coordinate your availability, please call/email us before 4pm on delivery date. 

Delivery time: 

We deliver every day from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

You will receive a notification once your delivery is on its way with a 4-hour delivery window.

We deliver within the Montreal and surrounding areas. 

Delivery cost:

A flat delivery fee is applied to your order at checkout prior to payment. 

Dietary Restrictions:

We accommodate most dietary restrictions and can modify our products to fit your dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pork-free, nut-free). Please use the "special instructions for seller" section on the cart page to include more details. If you have additional restrictions not listed here, please inquire with us. 

Please note that our products are not prepared in an allergen-free environment. We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that any of products are free of allergens. 

Boxes can be consumed within 2 days of delivery if refrigerated. 

Our boxes are freshly made just before delivery/pick-up and we recommend ordering our products for same-day consumption.
